Types of Real Estate Appraisals
In our complex society, one may need and use the services of a real estate appraiser for a variety of reasons. Depending upon the appraiser's designation, qualifications, experience, or affiliations, he or she can provide many or all of these services:

Residential Appraisals
Residential appraisal services provided include; to secure first and second mortgages, employee relocation, pre-listing and pre-purchase appraisals, probate, cancellation of PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance), condemnations, estate tax on settlement, court testimony for divorce and partnership settlements. Commercial/lndustrial Appraisals
Henkaline & Associates, Inc. provides limited or complete appraisals in restrictive, summary, or self contained format. The fee is competitive and determined by the complexity of the assignment. Generally a fee quote can be made the same day as inquiry by contacting Richard Henkaline at rhenkaline@henkaline.com.

Aside from the above appraisal services, other services include: income producing property appraisal, arbitration, condemnation, counseling and consulting, expert witness testimony, litigation preparation, feasibility studies, marketing review and advice, zoning testimony, and acquisition appraisals.
